For years, students have sat in call centers, engaging donors over the phone. This worked well, in part, because alumni appreciate connecting with and hearing about campus from current students. Now, using a video-first approach, Groundwork Digital is modernizing the phone concept with our “Student Content Team” program. We hire a small team of students, train them on philanthropic messaging, then work with the students to engage our constituent communities online with donation-driving video content. Watch our presentation for more details on how the Student Content Team can work for your institution.
